Cancellation Policy

There is no charge to you if more than 48 hours notice is given for the cancellation of a private lesson.

If 24-48 hours notice is given by you for the cancellation of a private coaching session you will be charged 50% of the lesson fee.

If less than 24 hours notice is given by you for the cancellation of a private coaching session you will be charged 100% of the lesson fee.

In the event where the court is unplayable due to rain the lesson will be cancelled. Determination of whether the lesson is cancelled due to rain or other severe weather conditions will be made by the coach.
